A prospective, open-label, multicentre, non-interventional, observational study to assess the efficacy and safety of triple therapy with ramipril, amlodipine and rosuvastatin in comparison to double therapy with ramipril/rosuvastatin or amlodipine/rosuvastatin in patients with uncontrolled essential hypertension and/or Chronic Coronary Syndrome (CCS) with concomitant primary hypercholesterolemia or mixed hyperlipidaemia.
