We cordially invite you to participate in a nationwide research program titled "The Impact of the Program 75+ on Neurological Patient Treatment in Poland".
The introduction of a program providing free medications for seniors has sparked significant controversy. On one hand, it presents an opportunity to improve the health of a large group of patients who previously could not afford treatment. On the other hand, it may also create space for potential abuses.
The first part includes questions that will help you express your subjective opinion about the Program 75+.
The second part is dedicated to patients using ropinirole for Parkinson's disease indication.
The study lasts for 3 months, from December 10, 2016, to February 28, 2017. Providing accurate, thorough, and comprehensive answers to all survey questions will allow us to obtain information and formulate conclusions that will be shared with you in the end.
