We would like to invite you to participate in a non-commercial, multicenter clinical study which aims to determine if ivabradine is superior to placebo as add-on therapy in the reduction of myocardial injury after noncardiac surgery (MINS) defined as an acute elevated postoperative troponin measurement judged as resulting from myocardial ischemia, during or within 30 days after non-cardiac surgery, and without the requirement of an ischemic feature in 45 years old or older patients.
